1. "I've got a business to run" attitude
     who never shows any gratitude
     respecting no one
     a job to get done
     if she breaks your pride then she's won

2. with hands on her hips she yells wall to wall
    dictating direction will make skin crawl
    a pawn in her game
    a puppet in her show
    pushed around like a sad yo-yo
